2. Products and Vendor Information
Kū Dynamics sources products from carefully selected vendors. Certain products may be sourced from vendors such as B&R Industrial Automation (referencing B&R General Terms and Conditions and Product Catalogue Information). Any product specifications, lead times, warranty terms, and disclaimers provided by the vendor will apply. Where vendor-specific terms differ from those listed in this Fulfillment Policy, the vendor’s terms may take precedence, unless otherwise required by law.
3. Order Placement and Confirmation
3.1. Ordering Process
To place an order, please send your order details, including product selection, quantity, and any other relevant specifications, to orders@ku-dynamics.com. Ensure you include contact information for follow-up.
3.2. Order Confirmation
Once we receive your order request, you will receive an email acknowledgment. This acknowledgment is not a final acceptance of your order. Final confirmation is provided after we have verified inventory availability and confirmed acceptance with the vendor. If any issues arise, we will contact you promptly.

4.2. Currency

5. Fulfillment, Shipping, and Delivery

We endeavor to process and fulfill orders as soon as vendor confirmation is received and payment is cleared. Fulfillment timelines may vary depending on product availability, vendor production schedules, and any customization required.
5.2. Shipping Arrangements
Shipping methods and timelines depend on the product and the vendor. Shipping costs will not be collected at the time of your order. Instead, once final shipping costs are determined by the vendor or freight provider, we will invoice you separately for these charges. Upon receipt of payment for shipping, your order will be released for shipment.
5.3. Delivery Estimates
Any delivery dates provided are estimates and not guarantees. Unforeseen delays may occur due to factors such as carrier issues, customs processing, or vendor lead times. We will do our best to keep you informed of any significant delays.
6. Cancellations and Order Changes

You may request a cancellation at no cost up until the point we receive confirmation from the vendor. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel or modify your order.
6.2. Post-Confirmation Cancellations
Once vendor confirmation has been received, cancellation requests will be subject to vendor approval. While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate late cancellation requests, we cannot guarantee that such requests will be honored. If the vendor declines the request, you remain responsible for the order.
7. Returns, Restocking Fees, and Warranties

Products may be eligible for return subject to the vendor’s return policy and our internal review. To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery, providing your order number and reason for return.
7.2. Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a restocking fee. The fee varies by product but will be clearly communicated upon initiation of the return process. The restocking fee will be deducted from any refund issued.
